🎯 The Vision
To position Nqobizitha Mlilo and Nafuna Africa as the definitive leaders in Creative Technology and AI Automation in Africa. We move away from "Showreel-only" posts to "Behind-the-Engine" storytelling.
🤖 The "Better Way": Automated Publishing Pipeline
We will move away from manual browser posting and use a Directus -> n8n -> LinkedIn API pipeline.
1. The Workflow
- Drafting (Antigravity): I will scan our weekly progress (SOPs created, scripts written, deals closed) and draft 3 post options in the
social_postscollection in Directus. - Approval (Nqobile): You review the drafts in Directus, tweak the copy, and change the status to "Approved."
- Publishing (n8n): An n8n workflow triggers on the status change, pulls the image and text, and publishes directly to LinkedIn using the
LINKEDIN_CLIENT_ID.
📝 Content Pillars
- Self-Annealing AI: documenting how the agent (Antigravity) fixes its own code and updates its own SOPs.
- Asset Flywheel: Showing how Nafuna Avenues characters are reused across games, TV, and AR.
- Creative Tech Ops: Sharing the tech stack (Nuxt, Godot, n8n, Directus) and how it makes a small team move like a massive studio.
- African Language Tech: Highlighting the "Language Learning" mission of the new game.

Instead of writing one massive software package, we are building a library of specialized 'Digital Employees'. These agents don't just execute tasks; they learn from their failures.
Example: If a data enrichment script hits a rate limit or a formatting error, the agent doesn't just crash—it updates its own SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and rewrites its execution script to accommodate the new constraint.
This isn't just automation; it's 'Applied Intelligence.'
At Nafuna Africa, we've evolved: ✅ Animation -> Creative Technology & Media ✅ Manual Workflows -> Self-Annealing Agent Loops ✅ Static Assets -> A reusable Intelligent Library (Nafuna Avenues)
We are basically building a 'Digital Soul' for our creative pipeline. Writing a small Python app for every repetitive task is the new standard.
